![]() Yes, reinstalling should factory default your settings, but your link is the options for 802.11b/g card, we have 802.11ac cards, which includes n stuff. ![]() Infact I can't remember where I got mine. My most stable fix was a BIOS update, and the latest driver. My problem was that the network would constantly disconnect too, and it is a known issue with these cards and b/g/n routers. but some said that if broadcom replaced with killer 1202 its like downgrading the hardware. They suggested that Broadcom should be replaced with Killer 1202. ![]() Im confused, i didnt call the tech support yet. so i assume this problem is within my WLAN Card which is Broadcom 802.11ac My friend laptop (not AW) is connected without a problem. I look at the wifi icon, everytime i try to connect, it seems the broadcom driver is disabling and enabling the driver so the result is my laptop cant connect to the wifi router. The wifi displaying that my laptop get the signal, but everytime i try to connect its always stop at verifying and connecting. but if its near, it would connect without a problem (weird) The problem is everytime i wanted to connect to wifi router that far away it wouldn't connect. There's no problem on ethernet card, but there's a problem with the WLAN Card. #BROADCOM 802.11N NETWORK ADAPTER DRIVER ALIENWARE M15X BLUETOOTH#I have alienware m17x R5 with Killer e2200 ethernet card and Broadcom 802.11ac for WLAN and Bluetooth card. thanks for the people who help me answer my problems before.
